In the Modernize world Tech culture is booming and human beings are not able to sustain themselves without Technology like smartphones, laptops echo, etc.

But the dark sides of the tech companies are most of the employees are not happy with the job culture employees are pressurized to work more than office hours most of the time they have to bring their work home due to that they don’t give time to their families which affect their personal emotional and mental health. And appreciation is less and salary hike is like peanuts employees are not timely promoted after doing hard work.

I believe office politics and bad competition is also a very big problem for good talented employees. Obsequious employees cause problems destroying the office environment. Obsequious employees get prompted and bully the good and talented employees.
